1General Provisions

Bvb8 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you and bvb8.

By using the bvb8 website, creating an account, or accessing any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all of these Terms & Conditions.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on bvb8, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

• Each individual may only create one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for KYC verification.
• Contact our support team to update your account information.
• The account holder is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account.

3Payment & Transaction Policy

Bvb8 supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits and withdrawals via third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed without it.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000. This limit may change under special circumstances.
• If a withdrawal is requested immediately after a deposit without placing any bets, a processing fee may apply.
• bvb8 reserves the right to temporarily place a hold on payments if a suspicious transaction is detected.

4Betting Rules

Please make sure you fully understand these rules before placing a bet on bvb8. Bets are generally non-cancellable once confirmed, so place them carefully.

• Bets are only accepted before an event begins or, for live betting, within the designated window.
• bvb8 reserves the right to cancel any bet recorded at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet is voided and the stake is refunded.
• If any leg of a multi-bet combination is voided, the outcome of the full bet is determined by the applicable rules.
• In the event of a dispute over bet settlement, bvb8's decision is final. Each complaint will be reviewed within 24 hours.
• Placing unusual bets on the same outcome in a single event from multiple accounts will be treated as syndicate betting.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bvb8 regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated alongside the respective offer.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit. A 10x rollover on the bonus amount is required before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Reload Bonus: A minimum deposit is required to qualify for the weekly reload bonus. The conditions must be fulfilled within the same week.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must be on markets with minimum odds of 1.50 (50%).
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If you withdraw before completing the bonus wagering requirements, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• bvb8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion. Users will be notified before changes take effect.

6Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on bvb8. If any one of them is proven, the account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Placing opposing bets across different accounts on the same event to generate risk-free profit.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Bvb8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account under certain circumstances. Users may also close their own account at any time.

• If a violation is found, the account may be closed without prior notice.
• If KYC verification is not completed, the account will be automatically restricted after 30 days.
• To close your account yourself, email support@bvb8.biz. Any remaining balance will be returned to you.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) will be charged a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100.
• Self-exclusion is also available under our Responsible Betting policy, free of charge.

8Privacy & Data Protection

Bvb8 takes your personal information seriously. Data collected at registration is used solely for operating and improving our services.

• Your personal information is never sold or shared with any third party.
• We may be required to share information with government authorities to comply with legal obligations.

9Responsible Betting

Bvb8 believes betting is entertainment, not a source of income. We want every member to bet in a healthy and enjoyable way, which is why responsible betting is our top priority.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily exclude yourself from the platform for a set period.
• Reality Check: Enable session time reminders that notify you at regular intervals.
• Loss Limit: Betting will be automatically stopped once your losses reach a set threshold.
• If you feel you may have a betting addiction, contact our support team immediately.

10Amendments & Enforceability of Terms

Bvb8 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or SMS.

• Updated terms will take effect 7 days after they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be governed by applicable international law.
• If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.
